at 8:00 PM, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For the well-going of this official event, please observe the below protocol procedures taking into consideration that dress code is the national costume or black-tie/dark suit for men and long dinner dress for women.

This Prestigious ceremony will be broadcasting streaming live on our website
www.tatweej.org/live which reach to a high number of spectators

1. You are entitled for Boarding Passes according to the previously agreed number of guests to present them at the main security gate of Burj Al Arab on Saturday at 8:00 PM to authorize your entrance into the hotel.
Each Boarding Pass includes date, time and other details of the ceremony . Passes should be maintained with you till the end of the ceremony.

Invitation Cards (Boarding Pass) will be available on 13th June 11.00 AM  till 14th June at 5.00 PM at Al Bustan Rotana Hotel , Dubai – Guest Services Manager Mr. Shiva Kumar T: 00 971 (0) 4 7054112 in an envelope under the name of the company .
Every entry should be hold the invitation card otherwise security will not allow him/her to access 
2. Upon arrival to Al Falak Ballroom, you are invited to approach the welcome desk for confirming your place cards.  Our staff will guide you to access the cocktail area where you are invited for a media interview and photo shoot in celebration of this distinguished day.
It will be a good opportunity for participants to contact and meet to find out more about everyone role and business opportunities in various sectors.

3. "Drop your business card" is accessible at the welcome desk and the function personnel will introduce themselves and extend their amenities to each of attendees.

4. At the conclusion of the cocktail period, our staff will invite you to post special messages of the distinguished evening in the guestbook and will guide you to seating places.

5. At 8:30 pm the master of the ceremony starts with the national anthem of the United Arab Emirates, continues with the greeting note and keeps on to introducing the speakers who proceed with their welcome and opening remarks.

7. Subsequently, cake cutting and formal collective souvenir photo will take place on the stage.
 
8. To commemorate the formal ceremony, mobile phones in silent application are much appreciated.
 
9. All guests are invited for the luscious gala dinner enjoying the music entertainment, on the occasion of honoring Arab achievers along with leading banks and educational universities.

10. Distinguished guests, you are invited for individual photos on the stage with your relatives, friends and colleagues.

11. To make your evening memorable, we have arranged for professional photographers to shoot pictures of the honorary guests and videotaping for the whole function.

12.  On the same evening of the Ceremony, photos of coronation will be posted on our facebook for the use of press release.

13. Given that this event is videotaped, then by entering the event, you are giving your permission to be recorded.
